This will usually include your name and all of your contact details, your driver's licence details (primarily for identification, but if you are hiring a vehicle from us, to confirm your capacity to drive it), and your credit card details, for the purpose of paying for your hires and other purchases. You may also supply us with further information if you complete an application for a credit account with us.
We use information about you to help us respond to your enquiries, provide you with the equipment you wish to hire, or supply other products and services.
We use information about you to help us to identify other products and services that might be beneficial to you, and to inform you about them and other items of interest.
We use information about you to help us with our internal accounting and administration, and to protect you and us from fraud.
We do NOT share any personal information about you with anyone, other than as may be required by law, or as needed by us to assist in managing our relationship with you.
You may opt out of receiving promotional material from us. You may access the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct any errors.
